How do I get portal access?
Credentials are issued by the Partner Relations Division once your master agreement is executed. Two-factor authentication is mandatory from first login.
When is commission paid?
On a bi-weekly cycle: the 1st-15th settles on the 20th, and the 16th-month-end settles on the 5th of the following month.
How do I dispute a reconciliation line?
Submit the dispute form from the portal with supporting evidence. Investigations close within 24 business hours and adjustments are posted to the next cycle.
Can I share my account with colleagues?
No. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Request additional users so each person has their own role-scoped access.
