Live sessions run every week and complement the recorded modules in the operational video library. Sessions are held on the partner portal; a recording is published within 24 hours.
Weekly Cadence
The standing schedule below applies unless a public holiday intervenes.
- Monday — Order intake clinic: live walkthrough of the previous week's exceptions.
- Wednesday — Systems & portal deep dive, including API and reporting questions.
- Thursday — Settlements office hours with the Finance & Accounting group.
- Friday — Escalation review: incidents closed, patterns found, fixes committed.
How to Join
Attendance is open to all certified partner staff.
- Sessions are listed under Training in the partner portal with a join link.
- Submit questions in advance so they can be answered on the call.
- Recordings and slides are attached to each session entry afterwards.
